We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email info@shapehappens.com to start a return.
How do I know which size to order? ↓
We offer XS through 5X in all styles. Our size guide uses measurements — we recommend measuring your waist and hips. When in doubt between sizes, size up. Email us your measurements and we'll help personally.
How long does shipping take? ↓
Standard shipping is 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Free shipping on orders over $75.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do? ↓
Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then email info@shapehappens.com within 14 days. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
